Lydd

Today I drive down to Lydd in the heart of Kent for the 10th Lydd Half Marathon. I ran this race 8 years ago, but haven't made it back since. I haven't clocked up many miles since my Achilles injury a month ago, so I booked this last minute to "make" me clock up the miles.
I managed 6 miles yesterday and then the 13 today, so I feel better for getting 19 done this weekend.
the rain stayed away and the wind didn't make an appearance, so perfect conditions really. Didn't quite manage a PB, I was 2 minutes outside, but all in all a fairly good day.

Also helped me clock 25,600 steps for today!
