Staffs. and Worcs. Canal, Calf Heath

Even though it might not look it from the clouds this really was a very pleasant day for a walk.  We had an early appointment and then set out along a green lane and canal towpath, hardly seeing a single person, throughout the walk.

Other than that, it was a day for recharging batteries, both metaphorically and literally, as I'm off on a short photographic trip on Tuesday.  Looking forward to immersing myself in great scenery for a few days.
