" SURPRISE, SURPRISE!!"

Well the sun came out to play today and not a cloud in the blue sky.  It was so warm we had our first Pimms after Mr A cut the very long lawn.

Had to share this lovely small tulip which I didn't realise we had, appearing in a flower pot by the front door.  And later in the day, after the sun had put the pot in the shade, the flowers close up again.  Such joy.

It's the simple things that count in life.  Gearing up for Adrian's birthday on Sunday 19th when he will be 41.  Trying to find something to make him smile is always difficult.  Stuck for ideas, apart from the fish stained glass, I have today ordered a bubble blowing machine.  Otherwise it's just chocolate!

Hope the weekend was good and the week ahead even better.

Now I have to vacate the computer as Mr A is looming large!! xxxxx
