Thai Granola

I spent the morning child minding whist my brother works and my sister in law has a driving lesson.

She drove an automatic when living in Bangkok so now has to learn to drive again. Bangkok, she says, is easier to drive around! There is more space between cars in sleepy Wiltshire, therefore everyone drives faster.

Chama sent me home with a bag of her homemade Thai Granola and it is so delicious that I ate a bowl as soon as I could!

An afternoon of admin stretches ahead.
