Once around Grasmere this morning. The weather forecast was better for later in the day but unfortunately I can't always choose when to go out. A few minutes after I took this photo there were a lot more ripples on the lake and any possible reflections of Helm Crag were gone. I was surprised how many walkers were out ........ think I'm going to have to go out at dawn to enjoy the peace :)

Got a chance to potter in the garden while waiting for a phone call.  I neglected it last year, partly because of the scaffolding so must give it some TLC in the coming months.
