ready for action

My bike, ready for a few miles tomorrow. But not today as it's my only day off the Lenten exercise challenge. Good to have an excuse to flake out after a night of street pastoring.

Ant and I had a night away at The Plough at Lupton, just outside Kirkby Lonsdale. It was lovely but we mainly just talked about the children from whom we had escaped! Meanwhile, they were very much enjoying 24 hours with their beloved Nanny and Grandad.
