Piggyback
I passed a marshy pond today and stopped to look for toads, just on the off chance. My hunch was rewarded. About half a dozen pairs were swimming to and fro, but this couple allowed me to point my lens only six inches away. In my crouched position leaning ever closer, I was aware how easily I could tip head first into their world. Fortunately, I was able to grab my shot and retreat.
