Reluctant

No early morning call today from Bailey - he clearly reserves those for the weekend! I can't say that I was particularly keen on it being Monday already but I stuck to the weekday routine. Bailey, on the other hand, decided to take advantage of the fact that one of his cushions was on the landing and I had to go back upstairs to get him when I had thought he was following me downstairs. He was particularly cheeky and cute by equal measure this morning and quite hard to leave. 

I did get out eventually and got on with Monday which wasn't without its frustrations but there was the added advantage of knowing that we were heading out for a birthday tea for the favourite at the end of it. Not that Bailey was allowed to know.
