These two BG employees have shown great Leadership qualities, remaining calm and cheerful under the stressful conditions of a busy Spring Break Day at Grapevine.
I have been struggling to keep the little plants alive on the customer tables, under low light conditions at the back of the store, yet strong sunlight at the front. The little pots dried up too quickly and it was tricky keeping them watered enough, so I decided to replace them with tiny terrariums instead. Not realizing that I had just done that switch, Matthew offered to take care of the plants for me! It was a kind gesture though.
