Puddles......

......and rain, at long last!

Some 55mm has fallen which has made the farmers in North Canterbury smile but sadly this is not a drought breaker, just enough to wet the top a couple of inches but below that it's bone dry. To really break the drought we need more of the same in two weeks time......

With the rain came a huge drop in temperature, just 10C today, I didn't linger outside for too long.

Time is running away with me yet again and I find myself a day behind, subsequently this is now a back-blip.
