Tourist Trip

This shot epitomises everything I expected of Luxemburg....we were on our 'bus tour' which made some 'very hairy turns and twists' as it negociated the very steep levels that make up the vistas that is Luxemburg....
This is a shot of the old walls, which were originally caves and can be traced back to at least the year 983 and that the newer part ( although centuries old) is built high up on the perimiter of these walls, gives you some idea of how ancient it all is...
Of course we also traveled just a little way out of the city to see the European Headquarters of the EU's Court of Law.. Modern glass buildings which epitomise all that is modern 21st century Europe,, impressive in themselves!!!
We enjoyed another wonderful day..
