Ingredients - Basil

One of my favourite herbs, mainly for its smell, but a bit tricky to photograph as (as you can see) it 'bleeds' when you cut it - think I've left it too long, but hey we live and learn as they say. This blip features one of my favourite kitchen tools - a mezzaluna - not only a great knife for chopping but looks good too.
