Been sitting at my desk most of the day, sorting, shredding, filing and just trying to regain control of the desk top!  Thankfully, my diligence has paid off and it's in much better shape, so I can now get out my sewing machine to work on a quilt.  I have all the parts ready to assemble but didn't want to take over the dining room table again (quiltmaking is so messy!), so needed to clean up the desk so I could sew in my office.  That way, it's CONTAINED.....contained chaos, that's what it looks like when I'm sewing.  Oh well. 
When the neighbors were here Sunday evening, one of them brought a lovely bouquet and this rose was included.  My blip for today (and probably WAY too much information about sewing....)......:)
