Bit Gloomy

What is it with some men? My husband was at home today while I got home from work at 1900. The dishwasher is located just underneath this bit of counter. Why couldn't he just have put the dirty stuff in? Mind you in the paper today it was saying that men don't do housework because they don't notice the mess and women do it because they do. Whatever.
