Fortune hunting

This desk is one of the items we're putting to auction as e clear out the garage. The desk dates to the 50s or 60s, Sadly we painted it blue to get rid of the generations of names written on the lid and to make it suitable for our girls to use, so I don't think we'll be making our fortunes from it! The ESA on the inkwell, stands, I think, for the Education Supplies Agency, back in the days when there were a limited number of companies to which schools were tied, to buy all their equipment and materials.
