First Aid Instructor course D2

Another long day today, up early to write a presentation and learning games - then nearly 10 hours of practicals, theory and revision followed by homework tonight
. Today ive been (learning to be) one of the assessors - working on provability, redundancy and a holistic approach whilst assessing the training of candidates in CPR and wound management.
Encouraging engagement through inclusion in the process sounded difficult but turned out to be a keystone of how i run my current courses, but i learnt a lot too, result.
Tomorrow Im being assessed on my delivery against my lesson plan against prescribed and desired outcomes - my (randomly assigned) subjects are Epilepsy, peer to peer and self assessment and hypothermia. Im confident about one of them....
