Bringing it down!

Once again I was in the central city today.
One of our boys is doing the painting in a new build right in town and I had to pick up his timesheet..pay day today!  I parked just across the road from this demolition site.
It was the old BNZ building coming down..I think it was the BNZ anyway, it used to be twice as high as this.
6 years after our big EQ and they are still doing demo's.
It is always so interesting to watch them though, the jaws seem to almost do a delicate dance as they rip away the concrete and steel.
The noise is deafening, smashing glass and falling concrete make a big sound!
