Tiny time differences

We went to Sheffield yesterday evening and ate at the rather lovely Blue Moon cafe. These clocks are on the wall and look like the normal London/New York/Hong Kong set of clocks, until you look at the labels!

It wasn't until this morning that I noticed that there are tiny time differences betwen each one. Who'd have thought that time changes so subtlely between nearby places?!
