12.6C mostly dull and cloudy with one or two very light short showers. Light to moderate S/SSW breeze.

Apothecary7's day off in lieu. Maeve the Deerhound got up about 6am. We went for out walk.

We went to Tarbert and had a wander with Maeve then popped into the Loch Fyne Gallery for a look round.

Back along the harbour front to meet Poppy, husband Mike, and the lovely Ollie. Their road trip from home in Orkney has brought them all the way down to Kintyre. We stopped by our car so they could say hello to Maeve then we had lunch and lots of blethering and laughter in the Gallery Cafe and Chef Shop then a wander out along the road which runs along East Loch Tarbert. It was great to see them again !

Later Apothecary7 was working on her latest still life painting.
