Running

Been out running again with our after school club tonight. Really annoying when you are trying to get a rhythm up and the kids who 'are being forced to go to running club by our parents cos there's nothing else for us to do' just won't run - gggrrrr.

My snazzy new trail running trainers arrived today - they got very muddy. Mrs B cleaned them for me secretly! What a star!
