"You go that way.....

says Little B.  What a lovely day he's had, we took him to the park at lunchtime where he came across Buddy, an 11 month old Parson's Jack who gave him a good game.  Two Jacks "Russeling"..... i.e rolling around on the ground barking and play biting.  Poor Little B was exhausted afterwards.  He still didn't relax when we got home, spending the afternoon in the garden capering about until Little Ro played a bit of frisbee with him.  Now tuckered out finally..... ready to start again tomorrow.   I went to physio this afternoon, another bit of back massage and some ultra sound and my back seems a bit more well oiled.  Must keep up with the exercises .....
