Moon

Happy New Year everyone. Got drunk.. stayed out late.. well early.. well late.. It was 7:00am when I rolled in.. VERY unusual for me but I had a great night.

I think this is the clearest moon pic I have taken. Actually went to the trouble of setting up the tripod and the big lens with the doubler on it. Then I used the live view finder at 5x for focussing (as learned for BM). It came out great I thought.

Not exactly sure why it has a green ring around it.. Maybe someone up there forgot to mow the grass over Christmas.
