Long day

A fairly long and intense day at work where I didn't get away until after six.

That meant, sadly, I wasn't up for making the pup for Nin's leaving drinks as I was exhausted and feeling run down.

On the plus side though the EIS and Management were able to reach an agreement over our industrial dispute which means it is resolved, so no more strike days on this local issue (we look likely to have a national strike on the cards, but that's another matter). A great result though and testament to what can be achieved when both sides get round the table with an open mind.
