Decomposing

My hay bale that I started "curing" a week or so again is at the right temperature to put in the tomato plants..BUT as it is freezing cold I won't be planting right now.   I hope that by the weekend I can get two tomato plants in this bale.    I have two other bales to plant but I am going to wait a couple of weeks to start the process so all the tomatoes won't be making fruit at the same time!

On a good note, the azaleas seem to have survived last night with only a few that looked really bad this morning.  I have covered them again so keep your fingers crossed they make it through this night which is going to be even colder.
