Wednesday: Metres

Back to work today which started with a breakfast meeting. The rest of the day was spent catching up after having been away. I did head out for a stroll around the block at lunchtime and took some photos. Amongst others, I did take a few pictures of some flower beds as they have now been planted (hopefully meaning that winter is finally behind us) but I think it says a lot that I prefer parking meters to flowers...........

Streetside parking is usually pretty accessible here - it doesn't seem to be the nightmare it can be in other cities.

My colleague from Calgary arrived tonight and is staying with us for the next couple of nights.
