Ridge Vent

Ridge vent is a part of a house-cooling, house de-humidifying system which relies on air movement to disperse the hot and humid air trapped under the roof. Our house did not have a ridge vent, which, we think, hikes our electric bill in the summer quite considerably.

Patrick's crew installed the ridge vent while Wes, Cory, and Pat himself were working on the windows.

The image is NOT a ridge vent, but electric extension cords hanging off Pat's truck :-)
