Where has everybody gone?

They are all above ground and many were dressed for summer weather and were shivering as temperatures have dropped quite a lot today. I went to see the film the Viceroy's House about the partition of India in 1947. An interesting film and the director's family were actually caught up in the events which led to the largest mass migration in human history.
