Snow Day

Actually, more of a snowy, icy, sleety sort of day. But we hunkered down in front of the fire during the storm and then went out to explore the world.

We built a snowman in the park around the corner. Sebastien named him "Kahli" and insisted he needed a carrot for a nose (see extra photo).

Then we trudged a couple blocks to our pizza place, which turned out to be closed, so we went across the street to the French Tavern and enjoyed lovely warm food and drinks before going home to snuggle.

Before going to bed, Sebastien insisted we needed to shovel the snow "just outside my bedroom door," so we took some spatulas and dug him out. Snow can be such fun!!
