Fiery Fajitas

Well, roasted tomato and red pepper fajitas but the alliteration on that isn't as pleasing.

Fajitas are a favourite in this house and the day after I invented something unbelievably awesome with the leftovers - a sour cream, guacamole, salsa and BACON wrap. Oh my goodness, it was tasty!
