Blood Pressure

I started today in the morning to monitor my blood pressure for 24 hours - part of a full check up. Christina is doing it too.
I went normally to the office and recommendation is to stay steady during each measurement. Not sure if we will have a good night of sleep with this device tightening our arms each 30 minutes...
