Bombers over Gloucester

I had a photo of Jonty lined up for today's blip as it's been a bit quiet, apart from having to change the battery in my MX-5 but at least it wasn't too bad at £52.00 !

Just as I was thinking I'll have to go and do my Blip I heard an aircraft noise, looked up and there was this ginormous B52 slowly banking over our house.
We are not far from RAF Fairford, about 12 miles, and there is a large USAF presence there. It's the airfield where the F111's took off from in the 80's to bomb Libya when there was that spot of bother with Gaddafi. It's unusual to see any of the aircraft from there though, although there was the U2 Spy Plane that I caught a few months ago.
