So Sweet

It has been a beautiful Autumns day.. not as hot as expected with around 26c.

It was the auction of our house today. Last night we got news that the interested buyers had pulled out because the last building report done on Wednesday that showed some dampness around the front door. The auction went ahead along with another house and there were no bidders for either.

The restate Agent told us the last interested party from Auckland that flew down last weekend to view the house fall in love with it. If we can pinpoint and fix any problems, they are still interested in buying...so there is hope still!
