Stress relief

OK so I am not cut out to spend 9 hrs. sitting in an office in front of a computer. I do prefer being in the lab.

This is what I do as a stress reliever. Quilt

This is a picture of the Knysna Heads. Quite a well known land mark in SA. Its all fabric and quilted.
