Nature's Own Abstract - Saltmarsh Tresses

This is a monochrome of the dead grasses on the saltmarsh after the saltmarsh has been flooded overnight because the full moon and high tide. What are normally are chaotic tufts of grass with no rhyme or reason suddenly become combed through by the sea waters to produce these lovely wavy tresses, at least that's way I saw it as I passed them by this morning. Obviously I have post-processed them to exhibit their waviness but the it was nature herself who produced these wave forms. I did think of trying to introduce a female face surrounded by the grasses but thought I would probably have wrecked the natural form
