PINK (?)

Not that this argument has been going on for a bit, but I maintain that our flowering cherry has pink flowers, not white as some members of my family seem to think.  Just because when you separate the petals from the stamen and leaves they loose their pinkness and look pure white - but this is just a trick of the light.
 
I guess this should fit the ticket for Flower Friday, and pink is a colour.

 (Just over half way through the month – will I be able to keep it up? – I have never subscribed to so many challenges in three and a half years blipping . . . )
