Happy St Patrick's Day!

Well, today I headed off to the Irish Ambassador's residence for a reception on St Paddy's day with all the Irish community in Zambia!  Well, it was incredible - amazing house, amazing reception....so many people!  I think half of Ireland must be here!  The photo is of my friend Patricia with the pastry chef...and boy did he make good desserts!  Lots of food and drink including guinness and an Irish band so we had such good fun dancing too! Happy St Paddy's day to one and all!
