Flower Friday: profusion

I set out to take photos of flowers from unusual angles ... returned with grubby knees, aching back, and 70 photos, 66 of which I deleted. Some angles were so odd I couldn't even see what I was taking a photo of. So I've ended up with a rather conventional one. I've taken photos of these flowers so often ... I can't resist them.

With apologies to UK blippers, it's been a glorious day -- although we have lit the fire now. Still ploughing through book group read My Brilliant Friend -- I'm halfway through and I confess I'm getting a bit bored with it.
