Train home
I was in London today for a meeting, hoping to be elected as a trustee of a charity. Prior to the results, was the Annual General Meeting, at one point, during 'questions from the floor', the (rather important) chair of the meeting requested than someone aged less than 100 asked a question, this probably summed up the quality of, rather pedantic questions.
I took advantage of the trip to London to have a hair cut - this is a very big deal these days - followed by coffee with a dear friend. I've come back feeling exhausted, but rejuvenated at the same time.
