Daddy!

My dad is 84 tomorrow
They don't like eating late so the three of us did lunch today instead of going out tomorrow evening

sorry for the absence (again) 
but the pain is OK until about mid-afternoon and then I struggle to get control  (the evening tablets take longer to kick in for some reason)
I am however sleeping a little better
