The alarm went off at 4.40am this morning.  Time to get up and milk the cows.  It was dark outside.  Who would be a dairy farmer and get out of bed in the early hours of the morning to milk cows when you could be tucked up asleep?  Me.  And it just doesn't seem right to have to do it!

We were milking the last row of cows and there was a red sky starting to appear.  Once the cows had left the shed, and we were cleaning up, the red sky became very prominent and created a lovely colour on the wet concrete against the lights from the cowshed.
