Cocktails at the tap

The first cocktails at the tap event. Was a great night with Simon the occasional bartender at the Factory Tap with friends. Before the event started I ticked off sabering a champagne cork off with a sword. Simon promised to show me, was great fun, off in one take. Think I will be opening all my future champagne like this.
