Lesparre-Medoc

This is the impressive Eglise Notre-Dame de l'Assomption in the town of Lesparre-Medoc on the Gironde peninsula.

Having finally got the keys to our chalet yesterday, a couple of trips into nearby Lesparre were necessary to pick up various DIY and gardening items from Mr. Bricolage (the DIY store). The weather looks good for the rest of the week too.

Blipping is currently a little behind and rather sporadic due to limited internet access. It is said that a 'digital detox' now and then is good for you......
