Making my own chorizo sausages today, what a faff that is 2.5kg meat that I'm trying to pipe into sausage skins using a piping bag. I've probably used 1/4 of the mix and have given up, there more sausage must splattered around the kitchen than there is in the half dozen sausages I've managed to make. Place is going to smell like a slaughter house for days to come.
Settled down to watch the rugby now. I do hope we do ourselves justice against Ireland and today, I refuse to drink Guinness.
