Rubbish Skip Monster

I spotted this scary monster-face staring at me as I was out for a walk this morning. I'm wondering if it could be the next nasty creature for "Dr Who" to encounter. With a face like that I dread to think what the rest of the body must look like, lurking in the skip...!

(In case you're wondering, the strongest drink I've had so far today is coffee...and only 2 mugs of that!)
