what a busy day...reorganised the office and library and brought loads of books to a charity shop........with the help of Elv & James....then a trip to the tip....

i realise that for 3 and a bit year i have not been on top of the house..(..'13 ill, '14 cancer, '15 recover and started to care for Stuart till this february....with a galbladder attack and keyhole.....) and it is noticable.....

i am so thankful for the strength and energy to do what is needed..... for family to help.....and God to heal and sustain me......
