Looking up

A day away from notifications and arrangements today. A leisurely breakfast while catching up on some coursework put to the side for the week.

This afternoon it was over to Chichester and the usual walk around town with Carolyn and Scoubidou. Had time for a coffee and a maple and pecan slice. Scoubidou was miffed that she couldn't partake in Carolyn's chocolate fudge cake - but she did get a few flakes of pastry.

Our route back takes us through New Park - and the magnolia is already beginning to flower. I liked this shot looking upwards - you can just see the city wall at the bottom of the photo.
