Crepe Myrtle #1

This Crepe Myrtle #1 has flushed out from being potted a month ago.  The last pic I posted of this bonsai was after it had been potted, trimmed for ramification, and cut back from last years growing.  
    The plant has flushed out for the spring.  All of the new branches are red....  new, young and soft.  From the new branch are all of the new leaves.  I have to wait for the new growth to "harden off", or develop bark.  Then the tree is ready for wiring and "clip and grow",  or trimming, specifically for the next growth to to go in the desired direction, trimmed to enhance nourishment and thickening the secondary branches.
