Sunset at the Thrupp Lake
I hadn't planned a sunset blip at all. I had wanted to cycle to my local lakes this afternoon but unfortunately edits came back for my writing work. What I thought would take ten minutes took two hours...
I finally escaped from the horrors of MS Word "track changes" at 7pm. It's been a glorious day here and it was still warm even when cycling back from the lakes at 8pm.
This is Thrupp Lake, the larger of the two reclaimed gravel pits that are now looked after by the Earth Trust. See my many previous Radley Lakes blips for more info.
On my way home I cycle around the end of a farm. They were still haymaking at 8pm - using the lights of the tractor.
