St Nicholas' Church, Feltwell

Went off to collect Margaret from Ely, decided to go the pretty way via Weeting and Feltwell. I've had these on my list of places to go for a while now.

St Nicholas in Feltwell is in the charge of The Churches Conservation Trust https://www.visitchurches.org.uk/visit/church-listing/st-nicholas-feltwell.html the collapsed tower was Norman, inside the tower arch survives. The brick built south porch is Tudor. Well worth a detour if you're on your way to Ely!

St Mary the Virgin, Weeting and Weeting Castle are included as extras. Weeting Castle, really more a moated and fortified Manor House is well worth a visit if you like these medieval survivors.
