For those, or rather the one person, who expressed an interest about the auction haul, we secured:
A 12 pack of Grolsch
A day fishing
Four pies from Simple Simon the Pie Man (assorted flavours, incl. one vegetarian option)
Two hour's cleaning.

Sweary Tommy was magnificent as the auctioneer and every piece of shite was sold (and some of the stuff on offer didn't even merit that as a description). About £1,300 was raised for the Gala Day in the summer and the hotel sold a decent amount of beer as well. All good, then.
